Richard S. Wagner
Dick is the firm’s senior partner.
He joined the firm in 1958 after graduating from The Ohio
State University College of Law.
Dick and his wife, Marguerite, live in Orrville, where they
raised their three children, Dick, Doug and Kathy.
Dick serves as a trustee for The Wayne County Community
Foundation, The Wayne-National City Foundation, and the Orrville
Public Library. He has
served the City of Orrville as the City Law Director and served on
the Board of Directors for The Savings Bank & Trust Company and
Wayne Bancorp, Inc.
